I make a lot of my own patterns, but a basic hat pattern can be found from

She makes awesome hats too. ^_^ But basically you just sew a lot of stuff into the seams of the hat while you're making it, like the ears. And the band has to be modified for the earflap-paws. :3

And then handsewing for all the details. XP
